- Pre-Award Functions: We help our clients define and document their requirements, conduct market research, develop acquisition strategies, and prepare solicitation packages. We also evaluate proposals, assist with source selection decisions, and provide briefings and meeting support to inform and advise the stakeholders on the pre-award process and outcomes.
- Contract Award, Modification, and Closeout support: We prepare and review contract documents, such as award letters, modifications, and closeout packages. We ensure that the contract terms and conditions are clear, fair, and consistent with the requirements and objectives of the project. We also facilitate communication and coordination between the contracting officer, the program office, and the contractor throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Post-Award Functions: We perform various post-award functions, such as invoice processing, performance monitoring, contract administration, reporting, and risk management. We help our clients track and evaluate the contractor's progress, deliverables, and compliance with the contract terms and conditions. We also identify and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the contract performance.
- COR Support Functions: We provide support to the contracting officer's representatives (CORs) who are responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of the contract. We assist the CORs with developing performance work statements, quality assurance surveillance plans, and performance evaluation reports. We also monitor the contractor's performance and provide feedback and recommendations to the CORs and the contracting officer.
- PRISM, SPS PD2, CON-IT, FPDS-NG, and SAM.gov: We are proficient in using various acquisition and contract systems and tools, such as PRISM, SPS PD2, CON-IT, FPDS-NG, and SAM.gov. We use these systems and tools to create, modify, and maintain contract records, documents, and data. We also ensure that the contract information is accurate, complete, and up to date in these systems and tools.
